through the discipline of dance. Working with students at Forest Heights Middle School,
served as primary instructor/director during Fall 2010, then served as director/liason
(with UALR students teaching) for the remainder of the project (2011–2013).

Developed and proposed curriculum and assessment plans for B.F.A. in Dance Performance; degree launched in Fall 2009. Worked closely with Jay Raphael, Department Chair; David Belcher, Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs; and Susan Hoffpauir, Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, to develop an appropriate curriculum that met the B.F.A. guidelines of the National Association of Schools of Dance (NASD – national accrediting body) while fitting into the existing academic structure of the university. Actively participated and served on numerous committees and activities related to the dance curriculum, including its relationship to the evolving core curriculum for the university. Following external program review recommendations, worked closely with Department Chair to develop the curriculum for the B.A. in Dance, which launched in Fall 2018.
